CONDITION :

12 cm tear with some thin slivers of paper loss on the bottom half of the center vertical fold line (through the buildings) due to a thin water stain on the back of the fold line, 7 x 2 cm faint water stain on the back of the top half of the center vertical fold line plus there are approximately 7 small faint liquid stains on the back of the top left corner fold segment (all only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), very slight wave to the surface around the edges indicating they may have become slightly damp at some point (no apparent staining other than some very faint light patches in the black background on the right), approximately seven tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the top of the right edge (maybe a couple of tiny spots of paper loss here also), very mild creasing on the top edge, tiny tear on the left edge, title written on the back of the top edge (near left corner) which has slightly embossed the surface on the front, otherwise very good.
