CONDITION :
Light storage wear to the folder including creasing around the corners and spine plus a small light Brown liquid splash on the bottom front and a couple of faint grease spots on the back, there is also some faint indentations from the pressure of a pen where someone wrote something on paper which was on top of the folder, everything else is excellent.
