Mild edge wear and creasing on the top edge, tiny edge tear and mild edge wear on the left edge, three large white creases on the bottom (near left corner), tiny edge tear also on the bottom edge, Several small white surface crease marks / print cracks near the left edge (from the “MI” and above), small dark patch a few inches below the “I” in the title, Otherwise Good.
