Creasing and some spots of print loss around the bottom of the left edge and the left of the bottom edge, Brown adhesive? staining within the second “9” of “1996”, some light patches of damp spots on the left edge and the back of the Banner (should wash off), two tiny white unprinted spots on the neck, some random “dull” spots in the dark print areas (possibly damp spots?), Adhesive Velcro pads stuck to the back of the top corners, otherwise good.
