CONDITION :

Extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, 2 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, patch of approximately six 3 cm diagonal white surface creases just right of the UIP logo at the bottom left, small patch of surface creasing within the bricks near the bottom right corner, small patch of surface creasing near both top corners and the center of the bottom black border, fold wear (white stress marks on all fold lines plus a tiny wear hole at the left and center fold intersections along with a couple of additional tiny separations on the fold lines around the left fold intersection), very light vertical crease from the top edge down to the horizontal fold (going through the head of the woman left of Washington), some light surface wrinkles throughout, small sticker on the back of the poster (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise good.
