1cm edge tear on left edge center, mild edge wear and a tiny edge tear on the left edge (bottom half), 3cm edge tear on top edge (right fold line), 1cm edge tear near top right corner, Tape has been removed from the back of the corners taking a surface layer of paper with it causing some paper thinning and creasing around the corners, Small white spot just below the first "R" in "Gerard" near the top, Mild fold wear (folds appear yellowed if held to light but look fine on a surface), Title written on back in blue biro (only noticeable on front if held up to light), Otherwise Good.
