CONDITION :

POOR! - Numerous small white surface creases within the first 7 inches (18 cm) of the left of the poster (particularly heavy to the left of the tag lines and just above the title), some additional surface creases within and around the title, approximately five small tears and moderate creasing on the top edge, 25 cm horizontal white crease/scratch line just below the top edge (right), mild edge wear also on the top edge, tiny tear on the right edge, 1 cm tear along with approximately 4 tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, 1 cm tear on the left edge, a few small white surface creases near the right edge, 7 cm diagonal jagged crease line through the front of the house (bottom right), otherwise okay.
