CONDITION :

1.5 cm tear on the top edge (left of center), a couple of extremely tiny creases/very mild edge wear also on the top edge, light crease to the tip of the top right corner, mild creasing around the center of the right edge, a few small light surface creases between the center of the right edge and just above the T in MONSTER (including some white stress marks), extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, 2 cm small white surface crease, a couple of inches inward of the center of the left edge, otherwise good.
