CONDITION :

Light creasing around the center of the spine, very slight yellowing around the edges, a few tiny faint Brown specks of damp near the top corners and bottom edge of the front page, otherwise very good! Never used.
** note the Eight pages comprise of the front, back and inside spread of two single sheets machine folded in half. **
