Tiny spot of print loss near the top left corner, very mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, tiny tear and very mild creasing on the left edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and additional creasing around the right fold intersection), note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise very good.
