CONDITION :
1 cm tear and approximately 4 tiny tears on the left edge along with mild creasing, 1 cm tear on the bottom edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, very mild edge wear on the top edge, 1 to 2 pinholes near each corner and the center of every edge, pinhole near the top and bottom of every vertical fold line, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and a couple of tiny tears), a few small white surface crease marks along the bottom, otherwise good.
