CONDITION :

Light creasing along the bottom, extremely tiny piece torn from the bottom edge (near right corner), small edge tear on the right edge, crease across top right corner, a little blu-tac residue near the corners, two small white spots of print loss due to tape removal just right of the “E” in “DOUBTFIRE” (there is a small partial strip of tape here also), mild fold wear including a small tear at the center fold intersection and white stress marks on the fold lines, blu-tac residue on the back of the corners and edge centers, Otherwise Good.
