CONDITION :
3 cm tear along with a 2 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the right edge which is also quite heavily creased, moderate creasing along the bottom edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on some of the fold lines), additional fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, a few light Brown patches in the outer white border where it has become a little damp at some point, some dark print has transferred onto the creasing in the right white border, surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout, otherwise good.
