CONDITION :

Mild creasing on the bottom and right edges, the center of the left edge and surrounding area may have become a little damp at some point as the surface is a little wavy (no apparent staining though), tiny spot of print loss near the top left corner, mild fold wear including a small tear at the center fold intersection and stress marks on the fold lines, two faint additional horizontal fold lines, a few light surface creases, light vertical crease line near the right edge (from top to bottom… Has some dark print along it), otherwise good.
