3cm edge tear on the bottom just right of center, two creases across the bottom right corner, two small grease stains at the bottom of the right border, crease across top right corner, light creasing around the border and a little dark print has transferred into the border, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), a few light surface wrinkles, Otherwise Good.
