CONDITION :

Extremely mild edge wear at the top of the right edge and the left of the bottom edge including the left corner, 1 cm tear at the bottom of the left vertical fold line and a tiny tear at the bottom of the right fold, light surface creasing around the bottom left corner area including a 7 cm diagonal white crease line and two smaller crease lines along with some tiny white stress spots, 2 cm diagonal white crease line on the bottom edge (near right corner, and another near the left corner), very mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), a little blu-tac grease on the back of the corners and a couple of small patches of surface paper loss on the back of the corner areas (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), the title has been written on the back in black pen (again only noticeable on the front if the poster is held to light/backlit), otherwise very good.
