CONDITION :

2 cm thin slither torn from the center of the top edge, 2 cm thin slither torn from the top edge (near right corner), 1 cm piece torn from the tip of the top right corner, 2 cm extremely thin slither torn from the bottom edge (near right corner) and another slither torn from near the left corner, tiny piece torn from the center of the left edge, 2 x 2 cm patch of light surface paper loss/print loss near every corner and the center of every edge (due to tape removal).
9 cm tear from the center of the right edge along the center horizontal fold line (has adhesive staining which has bled through from the back), two small spots of Sellotape/tape adhesive staining near the top left corner and one at the top center, approximately six tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge, 15 cm vertical slither of discolouration/grubby line near the bottom of the left edge, a couple of finger marks around the top center and top left corner, light creasing around some of the fold lines and intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), approximately eight tiny grey print spots on the back of the top right corner area (not noticeable on front), otherwise very good!
