Comparing this poster with other images of the same poster online I would say that the colours on the poster have faded or this is possibly a printers proof? (the building appears more of a grey colour than the brown of other images) also on other images of the same poster there appears to be a PG certificate rectangle at the bottom left corner which is not on this poster.Three strips of thick masking tape? On the back of the top edge (these are lightly visible on the front… More so if the poster is held to light/backlit), pinhole near both top corners and the center of the top and bottom edges, three small tears and mild creasing on the right edge, very mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, 11 cm diagonal white crease line just above the bottom edge (left of center), mild creasing at the top of the left edge, a couple of small grubby marks in the background near the center of the left edge, poster may have been trimmed slightly as it is slightly smaller than a regular one sheet, otherwise good.
