2cm edge tear at the top center which has been taped up from the back and also has surrounding creasing, tiny edge tear also on the top edge, numerous small surface crease marks along the top (through “Patrick Swayze” credit) and also along the bottom (below the text), four tiny edge tears and several small white crease marks on the right edge, tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, numerous small white crease marks and a couple of tiny edge tears on the left edge, a couple of small crease marks above the “N” in “KIN” and just left of Swayze’s neck, Otherwise Good.
