Mild creasing around the corners, two 1cm edge tears on the right edge, tiny edge tear on the top edge, additional fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment including some “V” shaped creases at the top and bottom segments of the left and right vertical fold lines, very mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the center fold intersection on the right vertical fold line and a couple of small tears on the right vertical fold line, Otherwise Very Good.
