Small Velcro pads stuck to the back of every corner and the back of the center of the top and bottom edges (the adhesive has stained through to the front), extremely tiny tear on the bottom edge, mild creasing around the edges of the fold lines, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild edge wear at the bottom of the left edge, pinhole near every corner and the center of every edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), small patch of surface paper loss on the back of the top left corner (due to pad removal), otherwise good.
