Approximately six small tears and heavy creasing to the right half of the top edge, tiny spot of print loss and a couple of tiny creases also on the top edge (near the left corner), approximately 3 tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, small tear on the right edge, numerous tiny white surface creases in the black background near the right edge, small white surface crease near the left edge (above eye), central image is good.
