CONDITION :

Tiny black spot on both side edges, tiny tear and a small crease on the top edge, mild fold wear including a small tear at the center and bottom fold intersections, some black print has transferred into the white background around the bottom fold intersection, slight Browning to the bottom quarter of the center vertical fold line, otherwise very good.
