CONDITION :
Extremely mild creasing on the top edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge, patchy line of black print in the white border near the bottom left corner, a couple of small spots of black print near both top corners, mild fold wear (additional creasing around and between some of the fold intersections) note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds, otherwise very good!
