CONDITION :

1cm edge tear and approx. four extremely tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, title and “196” has been written on the back of the poster in purple felt which faintly shows through to the front just left of the top half of the left leg (there is also a black smudge in this area as well), patch of paint grubby marks in the white area just left of the door on the right (possibly a partial footprint), a couple of faint brown spots around the edges of some of the fold lines possibly damp spots (there are several more on the back of the poster mostly around the fold lines but these are only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light), Duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, Otherwise Very Good!! Would look Excellent Framed !!
