Approximately 5 tiny tears and moderate creasing on the right edge (heavier creasing near the bottom), numerous small white surface creases around the bottom center, approximately 8 tiny tears and mild creasing on the left edge along with a couple of tiny spots of print loss to the tip of the edge, small crease across the top left corner, otherwise good.
