Small white spot of print loss near the top left corner, blu-tac residue / staining around the top corners and near the top of the side edges, 3cm edge tear and a 1cm edge tear plus mild edge wear on the left edge, mild edge wear on the bottom, two 1cm edge tears and mild edge wear on the right edge, two 1cm edge tears on the top edge, fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), surface is fairly wrinkled which is accentuated by the glossy finish, Otherwise OK.
