CONDITION :
1 cm tear and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, very light creasing to the left edge, small black print mark near the top left corner, mild fold wear including a couple of small separations on the left vertical fold line plus white stress marks on most of the fold lines (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), printed on fairly thin paper and the surface is lightly creased throughout (probably due to the thin paper), otherwise very good.
