Moderate creasing on the left of the top edge, a couple of additional creases on the remainder of the top edge, small pinhole tear near the top right corner along with a couple of small creases, mild creasing on the right of the bottom edge, a little blu-tac grease/residue and a tiny spot of print loss near the bottom left corner, blu-tac grease/residue near every corner, 13 cm diagonal white scratch/crease line through the building near the left edge, otherwise good.
