Tiny crease across the tip of the top left corner, two extremely tiny tears on the top edge, approximately five tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge (the tip of the edge may have become a little damp at some point but there is no apparent staining), 3 cm tear on the bottom edge along with a couple of tiny creases, mild creasing/edge wear at the top of the left edge, approximately six small white surface creases near the left edge and a couple near the right edge, tiny spot of print loss near the top right corner, 2 cm horizontal white crease line and some additional tiny white creases above and to the left of the August 14 text, some additional tiny light surface creases above the bottom edge, otherwise good.
