Heavy Creasing around the top edge (left) including the top of the "ONE", Moderate edge creasing on the top (right), 1cm edge tear on right edge (top), mild creasing down the right edge, Mild / moderate creasing on the bottom (mostly to the left), Pinhole near each corner, Surface is quite creased especially around the title and has a few small print cracks, Otherwise Good.
