Tiny tear on the right edge, tiny tear and mild edge wear on the top edge, tiny piece torn from the left edge, mild edge wear also on the left edge, tiny tear at the center of the bottom edge, a little dark print has transferred onto the bottom left corner area, band of dark print/Browning down the bottom quarter of the center vertical fold line, the bottom left corner segment has yellowed slightly, the title has been written on the bottom edge in pencil, very mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), otherwise very good.
