CONDITION :

Small pinhole tear through the top edge (near left corner), and another near the right corner, approximately 6 pinholes near every corner (a couple have torn together near the bottom right corner), some of the black print from the central review title has transferred into the white background surrounding it (due to the surface touching whilst stored folded many years), very light creasing around the fold intersections, otherwise very good!
