CONDITION :

1 cm patch of print loss near the top right corner, two smaller patches of print loss near the top edge (one near the top of the left vertical fold and the other a few inches to the right), blu-tac grease marks/residue near each corner and near the top center, small liquid stain near the top of the left edge, 1 cm edge tear and mild edge wear/ creasing on the left edge, creasing to each corner, a couple of tiny edge tears and moderate creasing on the bottom edge, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), duplicate fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, otherwise good.
