CONDITION :

Horizontal fold line just below the top edge with a faint fold just below that, additional horizontal fold line just above the bottom edge, light vertical fold near the right edge along with a slightly diagonal 32 cm crease line, a couple of extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the top edge, two small tears and moderate creasing on the right edge (the tip of the edge may have become slightly damp at some point as it is a little wavy in places… No apparent staining though), 3 cm tear and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, 26 cm diagonal crease from the just above the center of the bottom edge down to the bottom of the right vertical fold line, the title has been written on the back in blue Biro along with some other large writing on the back of the top right corner segment (some of this is very lightly visible within the sky area near the top right corner and top center on the front but mostly due to the pressure from the pen… The rest is only really noticeable if held to light/backlit), otherwise very good.
