CONDITION :

Surface is fairly creased/wrinkled throughout (heaviest on the left half), 1 cm tear along with a couple of smaller tears and mild creasing on the top edge, 1 cm light Brown stain spot on the top edge (near left corner), slight Browning/light Brown spots of damp around the edges (mostly near the corners), mild creasing on the left edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, 2 cm tear and a tiny tear on the right edge along with mild creasing, very small light Brown spots of damp in the white background above the furthest mountain on the right and another patch just right of the “wife!” text, a couple of very faint brown spots of damp above the “pardner” text and also a couple of spots in the white background near the top right corner, 1 cm light Brown patch of damp through the woman’s left shoe (and into the white background to the right of it), a couple of additional small faint Brown spots of damp on the back of the poster (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise good.
