CONDITION :

Blu-tac grease/residue near every corner and the center of the top edge, a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge, extremely mild creasing on the right edge, mild fold wear including a tiny tear at the left fold intersection plus stress marks on the fold lines, a few grubby fingermarks around the corners (particular top left corner), the back of the bottom left corner fold segment has numerous faint speckles of damp throughout (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good.
