4x3cm piece torn from top left corner, 1cm edge tear and mild creasing along the bottom edge, 3cm tear through the pinholes on the top right corner, 5-7 pinholes near each corner, 8 additional pinholes near the bottom edge, 2 pinholes near the top center, fold wear (white stress marks on and around the fold lines plus a 1cm tear at the center fold intersection and a small tear at the other two fold intersections), A couple of small white crease marks near the top right, Otherwise OK.
