CONDITION :

Patch of blu-tac grease/residue near every corner and the bottom center, three additional patches of blu-tac grease/residue near the bottom of the right vertical fold line and a couple of extra patches near the bottom of the right edge, tiny spot of blu-tac residue near the top edge (a couple of inches left of the right vertical fold line), very mild creasing around the edges, a couple of tiny tears on the bottom edge, 2 cm tear on the right edge, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, extremely mild fold wear, surface is very lightly creased throughout, Otherwise Very Good!
