CONDITION :

Very mild creasing on the left edge, a few tiny Brown spots of damp on the tip of the bottom and left edges, some dark print has transferred into the white background around the bottom of the right edge and right vertical fold line, light crease between the left and center fold intersections (just above the center horizontal fold line).. a little dark print has transferred onto this crease, patch of light grubby marks on the back of the bottom left corner area (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good!
