CONDITION :

Mild creasing on the top edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild/moderate creasing on the bottom edge (heavier creasing on the left), a couple of small white creases on the left edge, the surface around the side edges is a little wavy indicating they may have become slightly damp at some point (no apparent staining though), two small tears near the right edge (above center) and two more near the bottom of the edge along with some light creasing, two tiny tears near the left edge (either side of center) and another near the bottom, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout, otherwise good.
