CONDITION :

Patch of blu-tac grease to the right of the last letter of the title, very mild creasing on the top and bottom edges, two tiny tears on the bottom edge, small crease across the bottom right corner, a few small white surface creases near the center of the right edge, heavier surface creasing near the left edge, otherwise very good.
