Approx 2 inches (4cm) has been cropped in total from the side edges reducing the overall dimensions to approx. 30 x 38 inches (76 x 97cm), two small edge tears on the left edge, tiny spot of print loss on the bottom edge (right of center), small patch of print loss on the right edge (near top), a couple of faint patches where the print has not fully saturated on the top edge, some fold wear including a small tear at all three of the fold intersections on the left vertical fold line, Otherwise Good.
