CONDITION :

Small tear and mild creasing/edge wear on the left edge along with a little Browning to the tip of the edge, a few tiny greyish print spots? on an around the left edge and a couple near the right edge, pinhole near both top corners, title and date have been written on the back of the top center in Biro (this is lightly visible on the front due to the pressure of the pen… More noticeable if held to light/backlit), tiny Brown stain spot to the right of the PG certificate, light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds as issued), otherwise very good.
