CONDITION :

Two tiny tears and very mild edge wear on the right edge (mostly around the center of the edge), tiny crease across the tip of the bottom right corner, mild creasing on the bottom edge (left), extremely mild edge wear on the left edge, mild edge wear at the bottom of the three vertical fold lines, some very light surface wrinkles throughout (slightly heavier around the top left corner), a few tiny indentation dots in the bottom left corner fold segment, very mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and additional creasing around the intersections), otherwise very good.
