CONDITION :

Crease across the bottom right corner, extremely tiny edge tear and mild edge wear on the right edge, tiny white crease marks on the left edge, 2-3 pinholes near each corner (some have torn slightly and some are a few inches inward of the corners), very mild fold wear, surface is a little wrinkled, back of the bottom half of the left edge and the bottom half of the center fold line have greyish bands down them ..I think it is just a grubby layer but it could possibly be a water mark (Not noticeable on the front), Otherwise Very Good.
