CONDITION :

2.5 cm tear along with two 1.5 cm tears and a couple of smaller tears on the left edge with some moderate creasing (mostly the bottom half), 3 cm tear at the bottom of the center vertical fold line and 2 cm tear at the bottom of the left vertical fold line, additional 2 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears also on the bottom edge along with mild creasing, tiny spot of print loss on the bottom edge (right), tiny tear near the bottom of the right edge, 25 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, tiny white unprinted spot near the left edge (left of MAKE text), faint diagonal crease from near the top and bottom of the left edge across to the left vertical fold line, light creasing around the fold intersections, otherwise good.
