Extremely tiny tear on both the top and bottom edges, extremely mild creasing around the edges, extremely mild fold wear (the top and bottom horizontal fold lines appear to have been hand folded), a few light vertical “roll” creases near the side edges, crease between the center and right vertical fold lines (just below the center horizontal fold line), Otherwise Very Good!
