CONDITION :
2 cm tear at the center of the left edge, extremely mild creasing on the top and bottom edges, very mild fold wear (the top and bottom horizontal fold lines appear to have been hand folded), three small faint Brown liquid stains on the bottom quarter of the right vertical fold line, the surface is lightly wrinkled/creased throughout with a few light vertical “roll” creases near the side edges, Otherwise Very Good.
