CONDITION :
Small edge tear on the bottom edge, a couple of tiny brown spots in the top border, 2 pinholes near the top left corner and one near the top right corner, two small blu-tac marks near the bottom center and near the bottom of the left vertical fold line, black felt pen appears to have been used to cover over a little fold wear around the fold intersections and in a couple of places along the fold lines (only noticeable upon close inspection), Otherwise Very Good.
